Kitchen Fitting in Luton

Kitchen fitting in Luton, Stopsley, Leagrave and Bushmead. Full fit or fit-only, worktops, plumbing and electrics coordinated. Fixed written quotes.

A kitchen fit is six trades in a fortnight, and what separates a good job from a bad one is whether they arrive in the right order. Luton has Victorian terraces, interwar semis and post-war estates in quantity, and all three throw up different problems at the same stage.

What's involved

Kitchen Fitting in Luton, done properly

Fit-only or supply and fit

Bought your own from a showroom or online? We will fit it. Want it all handled? We will price that too.

Trades sequenced properly

Plumber, electrician, templater and tiler booked in the order the job needs, not the order they happen to be free.

Units levelled and scribed

Victorian terrace walls are never square. Units packed and scribed so doors line up and no gaps open at the edges.

Old kitchen out and away

Strip-out, disposal and making good the walls behind, all in the price.

Good to know

Kitchen Fitting — your questions

How long does a kitchen take?

A straight replacement is usually a week to ten days, plus a gap for stone worktop template and fabrication. A knock-through or a moved layout takes longer, and we give you a day-by-day plan rather than a vague fortnight.

My house is an old terrace — are the walls a problem?

They are never square, which is normal and manageable. It means more scribing and packing, and it is why a fitter who only works from the plan leaves gaps at the ends of runs. It is time, not trouble.

Can you fit a kitchen I bought myself?

Yes. Bring us the plan before you order though — the commonest problem with a self-bought kitchen is a unit that cannot physically go where the plan puts it.
